City of Vienna invitation to Bid ST18-06
Concrete
The City of Vienna Streets Department is seeking sealed bids for ready mix concrete and flowable fill to be delivered to various City job sites for the 2018 calendar year.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Public Works Director, Vienna Utility Board Building, 210 60th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Monday, December 18, 2017, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID ST18-06ã.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
