Notice Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Williamstown, West Virginia, will, on the 2nd day of January 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at the Williamstown City Building, located at 100 West Fourth Street, Williamstown, West Virginia, consider for adoption a Resolution approving a Right-of-Way Use Agreement between the City of Williamstown and Lumos Networks of West Virginia, Inc., the purpose of which said Right-of-Way Use Agreement is to grant to Lumos Networks of West Virginia, Inc. a non-exclusive franchise for the construction, installation, maintenance and operation of certain facilities including wires, fiber optic cables, conduits, converters, splice boxes, cabinets, handholds, manholes, vaults, equipment, drains, surface location markers, and appurtenances in or upon Rights-of-Way of the City of Williamstown. Any persons seeking to comment upon the adoption of said Resolution is entitled to be present and be heard at the time and place set forth above. A copy of the proposed Right-of-Way Use Agreement may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk of Williamstown at the address referenced above.
