LEGAL NOTICE
The Wood County Commission will accept sealed, written price quotes for the purchase and installation of new access control equipment to provide managed access through six doors in the Holmes R. Shaver Judicial Annex, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV. All interested parties may secure a copy of the specifications for the this project in the Wood County Administrator’s Office, Room 205, Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Holmes R. Shaver Judicial Annex. Sealed and written price quotes must be delivered to the Wood County Commission no later than 9:30 am on Thursday, December 28, 2017. All bids will be opened by the Wood County Commission in Room 203 of the Courthouse at 10:30 am on December 28, 2017.
The Wood County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
