The object of the above styled civil action is to partition certain real property situate at 3517 Roseland Avenue in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, on which is situate a dwelling house, which real property is more particularly described as:
BEING all of Lot Twenty-One (21) in what is known as Roseland Addition to the City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, as shown on a plat of said Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 3, at page 126, to which plat reference is hereby made and had for a more particular description of said lot.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that George Gabriel Harris, Vernadette Kennedy, Wayne Knutson, Richard Knutson and Christine Joyce, are all non-residents of the State of West Virginia, whose residence addresses are:

It is ORDERED that George Gabriel Harris, Vernadette Kennedy, Wayne Knutson, Richard Knutson and Christine Joyce, appear and serve upon Robert S. Fluharty Jr., attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 417 Grand Park Drive, Suite 101, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26105, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense they may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before the 31st day December, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office located in the Wood County Courthouse situate in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
