IN RE: PETITION OF MULLENIX SUB-DIVISION SECTION TWO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN UNION DISTRICT, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ESTABLISH ROAD MAINTENANCE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF
MAPLE DRIVE AND THE NORTHERLY PORTION OF BECKWITH AVENUE
On the 5th day of October 2017 at 10:00 am o’clock at the Wood County Court House in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the Wood County Commission will hear a Petition in its Chambers seeking to include fifteen additional lot owners to be made subject to the provisions of the Petitioners’ Homeowners Association, which said provisions are of record in the County Clerk’s Office. A copy of the Petition and exhibits filed therewith may be obtained at the office of the Wood County Commission at the Wood County Courthouse. This notice is to be posted in at least two conspicuous places on the roads in question and shall be published as a Class I legal advertisement. The Petitioners, by counsel, will also mail a certified letter to each of the fifteen owned lots in question which will include this notice.
