It is hereby ordered that JOHNATHAN MATTHEW EVANS Respondent, serve upon TAYLOR DAWN EVANS Petitioner, whose address is P.O. BOX 2083, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 26, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
