On or about February 22, 2017, K.G., the above-named child was born to JENNIFER BUNDAY. It appearing that the Father, JOHN GANN, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the OCTOBER 20, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOHN GANN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERNEST DOUGLASS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 914 MARKET STREET, SUITE 300, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-4595.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOHN GANN, with respect of the above-named child, K.G.
