LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Williamstown, West Virginia, will, on the 5th day of September 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Williamstown City Building, located at 100 W. 5th Street, Williamstown, West Virginia, consider for adoption on final reading Ordinances amending the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Williamstown, as follows:
- An Ordinance rezoning property previously designated for zoning purposes as ZONE III, AREA 2 (Commercial) to ZONE 1, RESIDENTIAL. The subject property is the location of the former Fenton Art Glass Company, and upon which construction of the new Williamstown Elementary School is projected.
- An Ordinance designated for zoning purposes as ZONE ii, COMMERCIAL, certain real property containing approximately 100 acres owned by Cocobean Realty, LLC, Henderson Wilds, LLC and Patsy A. Hardy and Steven E. Hardy, annexed by Order of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, entered on June 29, 2017.
- An Ordinance designated for zoning purposes as ZONE 1, RESIDENTIAL, certain real property consisting of 4.81 acres owned by the Courtyards at Tuckerás Landing, LLC recently annexed by Order of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, entered on July 27, 2017.
Any persons seeking to comment upon the adoption of any of said Ordinances are entitled to be present and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
