The Parkersburg Utility Board will receive sealed bids for the purchase of a new 2017 or 2018 small cargo van. These bids shall be submitted at the Parkersburg Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on or before 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, other than the mailing envelope, clearly labeled on the outside âSealed Bid ä Small Cargo Vanã.

Specifications are available at the Parkersburg Utility Board office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
