City of Vienna Invitation to Bid CH 18-01

Cleaning Service

 

The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for a cleaning business to perform various cleaning services at the City Building, Police Department Building and Annex, Utility Board, and the Senior Center and Gym.

 

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Vienna City Building located at 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 1:00PM. Attendance by all bidders will be mandatory. A tour of the buildings will be conducted and questions answered at that time. Bidding documents and specifications will be made available only at the pre-bid meeting.

 

Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00am on Friday, June 30, 2017 at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.

 

Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID CH 18-01.ã

 

Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Stephens at (304) 295-5070, ext. 333, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. A City of Vienna business license must be obtained and applicable City Business and Occupation taxes paid accordingly. The City of Vienna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase or decrease, or omit any item or items contained within the bid specifications as deemed practicable. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
